POP! is a casual, family-friendly neighborhood restaurant located in Northeast Minneapolis. Our menu includes appetizers, salads and moderately priced entrees with a Latin American flair. We also have an eclectic wine list and delectable desserts.

Owner Clark Knutson graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked in prestigious Arizona and Florida restaurant kitchens before returning to his native Minnesota as executive chef at the University of St. Thomas. He opened POP! A Neighborhood Restaurant on Oct. 24, 2003.
